Guidelines for responsible and lawful use of HandyKnox services.

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the principles that govern the use of services provided by HandyKnox and its KnoxBrand Network (collectively, "HandyKnox Services"). This AUP is designed to protect HandyKnox, its customers, and the Internet community from irresponsible or illegal activities. Adherence to this AUP is a mandatory condition of using HandyKnox Services.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using HandyKnox Services. This list is not exhaustive, and HandyKnox reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this AUP.
2.1. Illegal Use
HandyKnox Services may not be used for any purpose that is illegal under applicable local, state, federal, or international law. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Transmission, distribution, or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
- Activities related to child pornography or exploitation.
- Fraudulent activities, including phishing, pyramid schemes, or impersonation.
- Gambling in jurisdictions where it is illegal.
2.2. System and Network Security Violations
Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. HandyKnox will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following:
- Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems, or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
- Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.
- Interference with service to any user, host, or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system, and broadcast attacks.
- Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.
- Distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious software.
2.3. Email and Messaging Abuse
Users may not use HandyKnox Services to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), chain letters, or other forms of duplicative or unsolicited messages. Other prohibited email activities include:
- Sending email to users who have requested to be removed from a mailing list.
- Harassment, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages.
- Falsifying email header information.
- Operating an open mail relay.
2.4. Content Restrictions
While HandyKnox generally does not monitor content, we reserve the right to remove or block access to any content that, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP or any applicable law. This includes content that is:
- Obscene, pornographic (unless on a service explicitly designated for adult content like Cx-Or.com, and even then, within legal boundaries and platform-specific rules), or excessively violent.
- Defamatory, harassing, or threatening.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Promoting illegal activities or hate speech.
For services specifically designed for adult content (e.g., `Cx-Or.com`), all content must still comply with all applicable laws regarding adult material, age verification, and consent.
2.5. Resource Abuse
Users may not engage in activities that consume excessive server resources (CPU, memory, bandwidth, disk I/O) to the detriment of other users or the stability of HandyKnox Services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Running scripts or processes that cause performance degradation on shared hosting environments.
- Engaging in cryptocurrency mining on services not designated for such purposes.
- Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, whether originating from or targeting HandyKnox Services.
3. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by anyone, including users who have accessed HandyKnox Services through your account, please notify HandyKnox immediately. Reports can be sent to abuse@handyknox.com or legal@handyknox.com.
4. Enforcement and Consequences of Violation
HandyKnox reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this AUP. We may, in our sole discretion, take actions we deem appropriate, without prior notice, including but not limited to:
- Issuing warnings (written or verbal).
- Suspending or terminating access to HandyKnox Services.
- Removing or blocking access to offending content.
- Charging for administrative costs and/or reactivation charges.
- Bringing legal action to enjoin violations and/or to collect damages, if any, caused by violations.
- Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
HandyKnox is not obligated to issue a refund for any fees paid in advance if the service is terminated due to a violation of this AUP.
5. Modifications to this AUP
HandyKnox reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time, effective upon posting of the modified AUP on our website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this AUP. Continued use of HandyKnox Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
