1. Fixed-Price Estimates & Change Orders

All work performed by HandyKnox is governed by signed fixed-price proposals. Any unforeseen concealed conditions (such as hidden wood rot or outdated non-code wiring) are documented with photo evidence and require written homeowner approval before proceeding.

2. 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

HandyKnox warrants all labor and installation craftsmanship for a period of 5 years following final inspection completion.
